The candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport.</li>
<li>Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers.</li>
<li>Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure they are in good working condition and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items.</li>
<li>Escort passengers to meeting point &amp; liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours.</li>
<li>Attend all required trainings and updates.</li>
<li>Uphold a high level of customer service standard.</li>
<li>Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.</li>
<li>Compile daily reports to project manager and supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li>
