What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be the face of our transit tour experience at Changi Airport. Your key responsibilities include:

  •  Stationed at our customer service booths in the transit terminals.
  • Assist with booking, registration, waitlisting, and general tour enquiries.
  • Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and equipment security.
  • Escort passengers to the meeting point and coordinate with tour guides.
  • Manage feedback and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
  • Submit daily reports to the project manager and Supervisor.
  • Attend trainings and stay updated on procedures.
  • Support other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth tour operations.

*Must be able to commit to at least 4 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.


Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and service-minded attitude.
  • Well-organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the tourism industry.
  • Comfortable with basic MS Office tools and/or tour management software.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.  

Preferred but Not Required

  • Education in tourism, hospitality or related fields. 
  • Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a plus. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
