<li>Assist in arranging and managing daily office affairs, including but not limited to receiving visitors, answering and transferring calls, and managing documents.</li>
<li>Sales Administration Works &amp; Sales administrations functions</li>
<li>Responsible for purchasing and managing office equipment and supplies, ensuring the normal operation of equipment and timely replenishment of necessary items.</li>
<li>Responsible for formulating and updating the company's administrative policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and standardization of administrative work.</li>
<li>Assist in addressing employees' daily issues and needs, providing necessary support and solutions, not limited to office facilities</li>
<li>Assist in executing other administrative tasks to meet the company's needs and requirements.</li>
<li>Translation: Translate documents when necessary (Mandarin, Malay &amp; English) able to write and read, prepare letters.</li>
