What You'll Do
&nbsp;
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you’ll be on the frontlines of visitor engagement, ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.</li>
<li>Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.</li>
<li>Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.</li>
<li>Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.</li>
<li>Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.</li>
<li>Handle general admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Full-Time) Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
