<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<p>As a <strong>Customer Service Ambassador</strong>, you’ll be on the frontlines of visitor engagement, ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience at the <strong>Chinatown Heritage Centre</strong>.</p>
<p></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.</li>
<li>Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.</li>
<li>Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.</li>
<li>Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.</li>
<li>Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.</li>
<li>Handle general admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM</strong> (Full-Time)<br>Must be able to work on <strong>weekends and public holidays</strong></p>
