About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will manage order processing, coordinate warehouse activities, and ensure seamless operations within our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Efficiently process orders using our management system.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain efficient operations and accurate inventory.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with data entry, file management, and reporting.
  • Customer and Supplier Relations: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.
  • Inventory Oversight: Support inventory management through regular stock checks and updates.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute actively to team goals and initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean
  • Work onsite at Genting Ln #06-03A Ruby Land Complex, Singapore
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Strong proficiency in order management systems, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
