SIAEC was formed from Singapore Airlines (SIA) Engineering Division. <h2 style="text-align:justify">Job Description</h2> &nbsp; Reporting to Assistant Manager Payroll, the Payroll Supervisor will be responsible to ensure timeliness, accurate and completeness of payroll processing and in driving improvement initiatives.&nbsp; He/she will support Assistant Manager Payroll to improve efficiency in transactional operations and enhance role of Finance as strategic Business Partners providing actionable business insights &amp; performance measurement. &nbsp; &nbsp; <h3 style="text-align:justify">Responsibilities</h3> <h3 style="text-align:justify">&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Supervise a small team and co-ordinate the day-to-day payroll processing operations </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Perform payroll runs (regular/off-cycle runs) and ensure timeliness, accurate and completeness for all payroll processing, CPF submissions, tax withholding and company deductions</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide team members with guidance and support to resolve errors and respond to inquiries</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Prepare/review month end payroll journals </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Review transactions performed by team for increment, upgrading, promotion and contract renewal</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Review and manage outstanding receivables from ex-staff with HR Division </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Support Assistant Manager Payroll in annual IR8E Exercise, annual LCP upgrade and annual DR testing</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management</li> </ul> &nbsp; &nbsp; <h3 style="text-align:justify">Requirements</h3> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business </li> <li style="text-align:justify">At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll teams in large SMEs or MNCs</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience using SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll a must</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Good team player and have good communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to meet deadlines </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and high transactional volume environment or ambiguous situations</li> </ul> &nbsp; &nbsp; SIAEC is proud to have received the 2024 'Gold Standard in Excellence in Talent Management &amp; Acquisition Award' from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
