Job Description

We're seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to join our DTC team. (Remote/WFH)

This candidate will be highly remunerated based on performance, hitting KPI, and maintaing ROAS for the company.

• Creating and testing new creatives, launching, and overseeing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets while maintaining target KPI’s.
• Develop unique selling propositions for products that highlight our key benefits and differentiate them from competitors. 
• Create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and stand out in the market. 
• Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Meta.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, especially the design team, to ensure all creative assets meet campaign needs and contribute to successful outcomes. 
• Creative direction based on data coming out of account (able to optimize, reiterate existing concepts/angles)
• Reporting of key performance indicators, that includes summary of what’s working and what isn’t, observations, next steps, and overall progress towards our predefined goals.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in DTC marketing is highly preferred.
• Experience directly managing 5 to 6 figures monthly adspend on Meta
• Proactive and able to propose and suggest new ideas/solutions to hit objective goals.
• A fast-paced feedback loop is essential for the swift launch and testing of creative assets. 
• Diverse out to google ads is required
• Correct candidate will be remunerated based on flat fee + profit sharing %
