SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) is Asia’s foremost Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) provider. With certifications from more than 20 airworthiness authorities, SIAEC’s global MRO network, including six hangars in Singapore and three hangars in Philippines, delivers  turn-key integrated solutions to a large client base of international airlines and aerospace companies.

SIAEC was formed from Singapore Airlines (SIA) Engineering Division. Over the years, SIA’s Engineering Division invested heavily in building capabilities, facilities and equipment to support the most modern aircraft operated by SIA. This enabled the development of MRO capabilities and experience in the newest aircraft in the market before other MRO companies.

Job Description <ul> <li>Support job leveling exercises using established frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization.</li> <li>Apply job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson) to assess job size and align roles with appropriate job grades.</li> <li>Conduct compa-ratio analysis to assess individual salary positioning within the pay range and recommend adjustments where necessary.</li> <li>Develop and maintain salary structures using salary range spreads, ensuring alignment to market data and internal equity.</li> <li>Participate in market surveys and conduct regular benchmarking of compensation and benefits against peer organizations.</li> <li>Analyze benchmark data and prepare recommendations for salary range revisions or policy updates.</li> <li>Work with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure compensation practices align with company strategy and budget.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Requirements: <ul> <li>Degree In Human Resources or Business Management with recognized universities.</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within unionized Companies. &nbsp;Past employment of at least 2 years in Consultancy Firm(s) specializing in compensation and benefits will be an advantage.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. &nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations.</li> <li>Highly Pproficient in Office Suites including &nbsp;Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint.</li> <li>Exhibit a strong sense of teamwork and a hands-on approach to resolution of matters. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive depending on experience and qualifications</li> </ul> &nbsp; We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
