Real estate or hospitality experience will be preferred.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities/challenges to strategic people initiatives.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and familiar with local labour regulations.</li> <li>Strong listening skills and excellent command of English, with both written &amp; oral communication skills.</li> <li>Driven and pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude.</li> <li>Possess strong analytical and project management skills to manage and execute company-wide strategic initiatives and programmes.</li> <li>Good cross-cultural awareness / sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills with an international mindset to influence and facilitate effective working with stakeholders across diverse cultures and different levels of the organization</li> </ul> </div></div>
