They may also be required to support power reset for the electrical distribution system.&nbsp;</p><p>All the tasks will be done in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.</p> <strong>What You'll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Attend to technical matters and assists with the inspections on the facilities</li><li>Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as relates to building operations and practice safe work habits</li><li>Ensure can always contact to respond and attend to emergency breakdown within two hour upon notification</li><li>Provide hands-on operation of facilities equipment and systems, where qualified or under instruction, in accordance with procedures and policies</li><li>Perform maintenance on facilities equipment and systems as appropriate to knowledge, skills, and certifications/licenses</li><li>Respond to complaints regarding ACMV, electrical, fire and plumbing systems and equipment.</li><li>Supervise/Perform in-house preventive maintenance work and supervise preventive maintenance work by external service vendors in accordance to PM checklist, and proper documentation of service report</li><li>Responsible for the upkeeping of building such as painting, lighting fittings, ACMV services, doors, furniture and fittings, road, grounds of facility or building</li><li>Provide daily operation support and update daily report, use Client’s CMMS system on work order reporting</li><li>Participate in problem solving discussions with cross functional team to identify / define and root cause, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute the routine maintenance for the site in a timely manner and in compliance with Engineering standards and safety procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete training provided to build-up the competencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.&nbsp;</li><li>All GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance to data integrity requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by utilities engineer including but not limited to the above.<br></li> </ul> <strong>What You'll Need:</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum Diploma in Engineering.&nbsp;</li><li>Boiler Certificate Class 1 / 2</li><li>At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.</li> <li>Strong understanding of facilities and utilities systems and process equipment related validation / GMP requirements.</li> <li>Displaying exceptional communication, interpersonal, and information technology skills.</li><li>Team player who is also able to perform independently.</li><li>Able to multitask and work within tight deadlines.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </article> <article class="article article--details regular-fields--cols-2Ͷ view--separator-custom-w-bar js_collapsible"> <div class="article__content js_collapsible__content"> <div class="article__content__view"> <div class="article__content__view__field "> <div class="article__content__view__field__value"> <p style="color: white;"> </p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </article></p>
