The selected intern can learn about the market structure and drivers of the Securities cash and securitized products business by working with the product managers, learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become an integral member of the team.</p> <p>He/She will be working alongside market professionals of the Markets - Securities Trading team to learn about the market structure and mechanics of the equities market portfolio through developing a strong understanding of the business drivers and requirements. The Unit is responsible for growing existing exchange-listed financial derivatives contracts revenue, liquidity and market share, as well as identifying and pursing opportunities to develop new revenue lines.</p> <p>The team is the revenue owner of SGX’s flagship equity index derivatives business which covers well known products such as the Nikkei 225, Nifty 50, FTSE China A50, FTSE Taiwan, and MSCI Singapore futures contracts. The portfolio also includes products which are being groomed into the next flagship. Namely FTSE China H50, FTSE Blossom Japan and the MSCI Climate Action suite.
