The company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.  

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Management Intern to join our team! If you’re curious about the tourism and events industry and enjoy working with people, planning activities, and seeing ideas come to life—this role is for you. You’ll support our team in delivering fun, meaningful experiences for clients through tours, events, and outreach programs. 

What You'll Do

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating tourism-related projects and public outreach programs
• Assist in managing client bookings and registrations, including handling changes, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Join live tour as a support crew - be a facilitator, coordinator, game master, or tech/admin assistant (both in-person and virtual formats)
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for tours and events—including liaising with guides, vendors, venues, and transport providers
• Follow up with clients after services to collect and organize feedback to help us improve our services
• Keep track of supplies and help with inventory and procurement
• Share ideas and assist in developing new tours, activities, and engagement programs
• Represent the company professionally during internal and external engagements
• Assist with any other projects and tasks when needed
