Job Description

Founded in 2015, Woopa Group is a new generation travel agency and destination management company. We re-invent the travel experience and combine adventure with professional storytelling to create quality experiences for every traveller. The Company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to drive FIT and Leisure sales across our website, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and through strategic industry partnerships. This role owns the day-to-day leisure distribution performance, manage tour enquiries from pre- to post-sales, and supports the commercial team with market and competitor insights.

Job Responsiblities:

1) OTA & Leisure Distribution Management

  • Manage and grow sales performance across key leisure distribution channels, including website, OTAs and partner agents
  • Optimise listings for visibility and conversion and review channel performance
  • Coordinate commercial discussions where applicable, including contracts, promotions, campaign participation, contract terms, etc)
  • Monitor monthly sales performance, tour volume, customer feedback, and online reviews.

2) FIT Customer Management (Pre and Post-Sales)

  • Handle FIT enquiries via communication channels, with timely, accurate and service-oriented responses.
  • Provide booking guidance and propose itinerary / tour combinations when required, ensuring a smooth booking and experience journey
  • Manage post-sales communication (amendments, special requests, feedback, service recovery)

3) Channels & Partnerships Development

  • Maintain and expand leisure sales channels and strategic partnerships
  • Identify new distribution opportunities to grow FIT and leisure bookings
  • Support partner onboarding, rate discussions, and account maintenance

4) Systems, Inventory & Process Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise booking management software to ensure accurate daily inventory and availability.
  • Review and improve sales and booking processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer experience.

5) Finance Matters

  • Support finance for leisure / OTA matters, including invoice creation, billing support, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for bookings, partner billings, and required reporting.

6) Reporting & Market Awareness

  • Track and report monthly sales performance with channel insights and customer trends.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis and market developments and recommend product improvements where relevant.

7) Ad-hoc Support

  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties related to leisure sales and distribution as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in leisure sales, travel distribution, OTAs, tourism partnerships, or related roles.
  • Comfortable working with OTAs, partner accounts, and online sales performance metrics.
  • Good commercial and analytical ability, pricing awareness, competitor benchmarking, etc.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international passengers.
  • Familiarity with Singapore inbound tourism and FIT traveler expectations is an advantage.
