Group Treasury & Research We support the Group and external clients in the areas of macroeconomic and financial markets research. We also assess their impact on economic policy measures, FX, interest rates and various assets markets. The role of Interest Rate Strategist reports into the Head of Markets Strategy and is a team member of the UOB Group’s Global Economics & Markets Research, working closely and complementing with the various Market Strategists and Macro Economists within the Research team. 2) Important Skills for Advisory, Communication and Presentation 3) Additional Understanding of Fixed Income Market and Credit Research Candidate needs to have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience as an interest rate strategist or a similar job. A major in economics or quantitative finance is preferred. A strong quantitative modelling background, with strong excel and strong Bloomberg skills is a must. UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
