About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Unit Specialist to join our dynamic program team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including the development team, and senior management, to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define/document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Program strategic goals and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the business unit and the product development team, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
  • Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end customer journey - needs, pain points, and preferences to develop the TOM user process.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility into the module’s development timeline, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ country end user to ensure effective launches and ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations, playbacks and presentations to stakeholders/ users
  • Develop business Case / justification for the change to the module.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to drive iterative product enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
     

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of banking business
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams/ end users.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
  • Passion for change, innovation, and delivering exceptional products and services.
