Job Description

As Junior Legal Counsel for the International Operations Team, you will be required to:

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements across Traveloka’s international locales, with a focus on Singapore and Australia. 

  • Conduct research and prepare advice regarding Traveloka’s operations across its international locales. 

  • Support the International Operations legal team with various initiatives and projects as they may arise.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Traveloka’s business, including its commercial objectives and priorities.

  • Advise the business on commercial claims and provide guidance regarding the performance of contracts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A growth mindset and a good understanding of technology platforms and the travel industry. 

  • Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills. 

  • A law degree from a reputable university.

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification working experience. 

  • Worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a legal counsel. 

  • Excellent English language abilities, with language proficiency in a relevant Asia Pacific language an advantage.
