- Work in tandem with in-house Robotics & Automation Engineer and Process Engineers.
- Documentation of developed solutions to facilitate hand-takeover procedures towards the end of the internship
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Computer Science (Robotics-related fields)
- And/or currently doing a Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye on details
- Hands-on experience with working with COBOTs and AMRs
- Proficient in Fusion360 or other 3D modelling software will be a plus
- Experience with building robotics simulation environments will be a plus
The Robotics Integration & Simulation Intern (Industry 4.0), will have the opportunities to:
- Learn about the processes in a real manufacturing plant
- Build simulation environments for robots
- Program and optimise 6 DOF collaborative robots (COBOT) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR)
- Get hands-on experience in additive (FDM) and subtractive (CNC) manufacturing
