Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.The IS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Business Applications systems, and application components. This role also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Administer Business Applications based on end-user's requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.
- Analyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.
- Help diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution.
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
- Prepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments
Requirements
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Fresh Graduate and Diploma in Information System or Computer Science related majors are welcome
- Microsoft VBA/VB Script programming Experience
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions
- Any experience in the area of ERP such as SAP, etc will be a plus
- Smart and willing to learn new things
- Good communication skills
