Responsibilities

1. Cybersecurity & BCM Execution

• Support and validate Business Impact Analysis and critical business function identification.
• Conduct Customer Impact Analysis (CIA) and System Impact Analysis (SIA) for ongoing operations.
• Assist in designing and implementing security solutions that support StarHub’s ability to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyber threats.
• Perform security assessments, system reviews, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

2. Security Operations & Incident Response

• Participate in planning and executing cyber tabletop exercises (TTX).
• Support incident response handling, including analysis of logs, activity review, and packet capture.
• Contribute to security operations activities, including identity and access management, privileged access monitoring, and automation/orchestration tasks.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with Business/IT and development teams to embed security requirements into infrastructure and applications.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting security assessments and findings.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, CISA, CISSP, SSCP) are advantageous or in progress.
• 3–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, risk assessment, and BCM, with strong hands-on technical exposure.
• Proven experience in log/activity review, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure during cybersecurity incidents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to engage across teams and with management.
• On-call availability during critical cybersecurity incidents.
