Job Description

Perform Operation and Administration support for 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (SMSC/SMSGW/MNP/STP/SMSF/VAS services) to ensure smooth network operation.
Perform system maintenance activities, such as system release upgrade and patch installation to improve system performance. 
Develop and review system operations processes and maintain operational documents to ensure operation effectiveness.
Perform system Security Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment and implementing the necessary correction / process to address / mitigate security risks.
Perform proactive monitoring of network service KPI/alarms and performance analysis to ensure service quality level.
Perform troubleshooting of local/ roaming sms issue or Roaming partners related testing and  support
Lasie with content provider on connectivity and related work.

Qualifications

Appropriate qualification in Electronics/ Communications/ Networking or equivalent 
Good technical knowledge of Mobile 4G &5G Core network and related service /call flows and associated protocols (SS7/Sigtran/Diameter/SIP)
Ability to perform end-to-end network service troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Network and Application Securities
Basic knowledge of IP switching and routing protocols
Basic proficiency in programming and scripting skills
Basic knowledge of Linux and VM platform
Required to work during late night maintenance window period for release upgrade/software patch installation and project cutover.
