Job Description

Own and drive strategy development, execution and transformation delivery for StarHub’s Consumer Group. Partner across Product, Channels, Finance, CLM, Technology, Network and Customer Operations to solve complex business problems, translate strategic intent into executable plans, run disciplined governance, and ensure measurable outcomes for customers and the business. Thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority and drive outcomes through hands-on execution leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Deep Dives: Lead strategic problem solving and execution; translate insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Integrated Portfolio Delivery: Build and maintain single integrated portfolio plan for key cross-functional initiatives; ensure teams operate from one source of truth
  • Transformation Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs across Business, Technology and Operations - define scope, delivery approach, milestones and operating cadence
  • Operating System & Performance Management: Support and elevate Consumer leadership forums and business performance reporting
  • Decision Support & Executive Communications: Produce crisp, exec-ready materials for leadership meetings (CEO, Management Committee and Board)
  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize, simplify and improve business processes, systems and ways-of-working  

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or leading boutiques) and strong TMT exposure
  • Strong self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude, Outcome-obsessed ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability, Thrives in ambiguity and tight timelines
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end structured problem solving with hypothesis-driven analysis, synthesis and clear executive recommendations
  • Track record running complex cross-functional initiatives and/or transformation program across Business, Technology and Operations
  • Crisp, executive-level storytelling and ability to create decision-ready materials under tight timelines
  • Strong financial and commercial modelling capability; ability to translate insights into pragmatic plans grounded in operational reality
  • Degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent exposure is a plus 

Nice-to-have:

  • In-house operator experience in Telco/TMT, especially in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Operations or Chief-of-Staff roles
  • Comfort interfacing with product/tech delivery models (e.g., agile delivery, release management) and translating between business and technology teams
