Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Hybrid IT business through portfolio governance, vendor alliance management, and business performance reporting across the Network, Cloud and Cyber portfolios. The role ensures StarHub maintains key vendor partnerships, certification levels, and commercial alignment required to support sales growth. The individual will also support management reporting, portfolio performance tracking, and internal coordination across sales, vendors and operations.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with key technology vendors and partners to maintain partnership status, certifications and program compliance
  2. Track and coordinate certification requirements across presales, sales and technical teams to ensure vendor partnership levels are maintained
  3. Support preparation of regular management reporting on revenue performance, pipeline, vendor alignment and portfolio KPIs
  4. Maintain portfolio documentation including price catalogues, product updates, and sales enablement materials
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, presales, finance, marketing and delivery) on portfolio updates and operational matters
  6. Support vendor engagement activities including quarterly business reviews, partnership alignment and internal updates
  7. Assist with portfolio planning, business reviews and internal reporting required by leadership

Qualifications

  1. At least 8 years experience in ICT industry, preferably in telecom, system integrator or technology vendor environments
  2. Experience working with vendor partnerships, certification programs or alliance management
  3. Familiar with enterprise technology domains such as networking, cloud or cybersecurity
  4. Strong coordination and stakeholder management
  5. Experience in business reporting, dashboards or portfolio tracking
  6. Ability to work across multiple internal teams and external vendors
  7. Strong communication and organisational skills
  8. Exposure to vendor programs such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, AWS, Microsoft or equivalent partner frameworks would be an advantage
