Make an Impact by:

• Support Business Units on their WSH policies, standards and requirements.
• Assist to maintain WSH and ENV Management Systems (ISO 45001, bizSAFE STAR, ISO14001 etc.)
• Conduct internal audit and coordinate external audits.
• Assist to administer WSH for projects and daily operations.
• Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance.
• Manage all WSH matters for appointed projects.
• Consolidate and generate WSH Reports.
• Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance.
• Conduct inspection and act as secretary for BU or project WSH Committee
• Conduct safety induction training for contractors, staffs and customers.
• Participate in Project Safety Coordination Meetings.
• Participate in Planned Joint Inspection with customers
• Assessed and review WSH for works to be carried out at premises.
• Participate in meeting with contractors on WSH matters.
• Maintain licensing and subscriptions of related projects.
• Perform the role of FSM for assigned sites.
• Any other duties/tasks and sites assigned by reporting officer. 

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Facilities Management/ Engineering.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Required to travel to different sites
• Able to handle different stakeholders' requests.

Job Requirements
