We are seeking a User Experience and Product Lead to drive the end-to-end user experience and product delivery of key internal digital products. This role combines strong UX and visual design expertise with product thinking and delivery ownership. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to shape solutions, define priorities, and ensure effective implementation.

Make An Impact By

UX Strategy & Design
Lead end-to-end UX activities including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and usability testing. Deliver polished, production-ready designs with strong fundamental. Maintain consistency through design systems and experience standards.

Product Ownership & Planning
Work with stakeholders to define problem statements, scope requirements, and translate business needs into clear product features and user stories. Contribute to prioritisation, roadmap planning, and release alignment. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive practical and impactful outcomes.

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration
Facilitate requirement discussions and design reviews. Partner closely with other product owners, developers, and vendors to define acceptance criteria, support sprint planning, and ensure smooth rollout and quality implementation.

Leadership & Quality
Provide design guidance and quality review to ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, visual craft, and accuracy prior to release.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Design, Digital Media, Arts, Interaction Design, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of UX/UI experience, with experience owning delivery of digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and high-quality visual design execution.
• Experience defining requirements, writing user stories, and supporting backlog prioritisation in agile teams.
• Strong UI design skills with keen attention to detail, typography, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.

3. Good To Have

• Experience in enterprise or employee-facing digital platforms.
• Experience contributing to design systems and conducting usability testing.
• Exposure to roadmap planning, release management, or vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and application architecture to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
