Make an Impact by

• Manage the daily cash management of the NCS Group of entities to ensure sufficient working capital, to place deposits for entities with excess funds, and top up the balances for entities where necessary for local and foreign currencies and track cash requirements.
• Administration of NCS overseas bank accounts and Singtel overseas offices (eg. signatories update, new bank accounts opening closing, and any other adhoc requirements.)
• Month-end reporting for NCS Group – Consolidate and upload the month-end cash balances of the accounts to the Treasury system
• Regular credit ratings checking and update of report for various counterparties.
• NCS Group Admin support (prepare documentation for capital injections, M&As, dividend payouts)
• Assist with all vendor financing related matters
• Assist with Singtel Group overseas Bankers’ Guarantee related matters
• Assist with any other duties from time to time

Skills for Success

• At least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Treasury/Finance
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good level of financial literacy, numeric and analytical capability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Highly driven and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
