Make an Impact by:

• Lead analyst in development and deployment of analytical solutions leveraging large datasets from telco systems and the Big Data Lake to deliver actionable insights.  
• Own end-to-end analytics projects from data engineering and modelling to analysis and visualization.
• Drive analytics use cases across mobile and broadband networks. Manage ad-hoc requests from business units with speed and precision.
• Synthesize and present insights from network data in clear, business-oriented reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Design, Develop, Build, Test and Deploy Web application/ frontend dashboard and integration with data source and APIs.  
• Explore and pilot new use cases including 5G, IoT, roaming, user mobility and operational intelligence, translating emerging opportunities into tangible business value.  Support complex use cases involving mobility, location mapping, usage and network experience.
• Design and create best-in-class business dashboards and other performance reports leveraging advanced analytical tools and data cube models to support regular meeting and business decision making/planning.
• Train, build, validate, test, deploy, maintain, improve and fine-tune the models and algorithms.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including business, technical, project management and operations to design and implement the solution.   
• Adopt and implement the industry standards and best practise of analytics project methodologies such as CRISP-DM for data mining, or similar.
• Continuously optimize and explore the new technology through R&D and trial/PoC for advanced analytics capabilities.
• Build and maintain low code and pro code dashboard or analytics web application.
  
  

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Data Analytics, Business Analytics with 6 years of hands-on development experience.
• Hands on experience in analytics projects and business analysis.
• Experience in handling large volume of datasets.
• Experience in mobile network protocols and signalling.
• Analytical methods such as statistical modeling, data-story telling and analytics/insight presentation skillsets.
• Experience in making Business/Data Analytics Dashboard using Business Intelligence Tool such as Tableau. Power BI.
• Experience in Python, Spark programming, SQL, shell script and UNIX commands.
• Experience building responsive web interfaces.
• Familiar with Python, Django and web development framework
