We are looking for Network Engineer with advance skill set to Design, Develop and Operate state of the art Singtel GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) data center. You will be providing implementing processs and operational support for customer using Singtel GPUaaS infrastructure to run their AI workloads at the forefront of large-scale distribute GPU clusters. This is an excellect opportunity for someone eager to start their career in AI DC networking and grow their exertise in AI and HPC cloud platforms.
Make an Impact by
- Design, develop and operate high-performance networking solutions tailored for AI and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platforms.
- Provide operational support and expertise for GPU infrastucure services to meet customer expectation with in given SLA and implement/perform preventive messures to reduce downtime and perform customer requests.
- Collaborate on network security initiatives and implement cybersecurity measures and best practices to support and maintain industry secutiry certification and standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance network performance in AI and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platforms and introduce automation to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network abnormalities and issues.
- Manage relationships and expectations with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions efficiently and in timely manner.
- Prepare, analyse and present technical reports and network optimization plans, Outage reports, SLA reports and necessary reports to management and customers.
- Help to solve problems faced in high-performance distributed computation for AI and GPU cloud computing and design tailered network solution to GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) Datacenter products.
- Learning to solve problems in high-performance network for AI and HPC GPU cloud computing.
- Conduct high-performance network benchmark and keeping up with the latest advancements in GPU technology.
- Providing technical network support and guidance to users of GPU-accelerated system.
- This role may require availability outside standard work hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Skills for Success
- Degree or equilent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking Engineering, or a related field. or equivalent networking certifications and certification in Linux systems.
- Experienced in deploying and troubleshooting advanced network routing protocols and dynamic network topologies like VXLAN, EVPN, BGP etc.
- Exceptional understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Good knowledged on various network devices, operating systems like Cumulus, Arista, Ubuntu, Proxmox, Redhat.
- Hands on experience with network monitoring tools and platforms like Zabbix, Netbox, Ansible, Python scripts and CI/CD etc.
- Strong customer service oriented and teamplayer with stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Selfmotived independent learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention.
Desirable qualifications
- Strong hand-on experience in Linux, hypervisor, storage (NFS, Object), and infrastructure as a code.
- Understanding how AI and HPC workloads interact with high-performance network.
- System-level experience specifically GPU-based accelerated network.
- Understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS), GPU architecture and NVIDIA GPUs.
