We are looking for a Senior Manager, Venture Operations and Partnerships to strengthen Innov8’s presence across the innovation ecosystem, deepen collaboration with Singtel Group OpCos, and enhance the operational effectiveness of Innov8’s venture activities. In this role, you will work closely with investment leads, senior executives, startups and external partners to identify and unlock strategic collaboration opportunities between Innov8 portfolio companies or the broader startup ecosystem with Singtel Group OpCos.

You will also contribute to shaping how we engage with the global startup and innovation ecosystems, design internal initiatives, and create meaningful touchpoints that highlight emerging technologies across the Group. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys designing and executing structured, impactful initiatives.

You will report directly to the CEO, Singtel Innov8.

Make an Impact by

Ecosystem Development

• Build and deepen relationships with universities, research institutions, accelerators, and other innovation partners.
• Represent Innov8 in ecosystem engagements and identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and joint initiatives.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Singtel Group.
• Track the Group’s strategies and technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with Innov8’s venture activities and identify opportunities for new engagements.

Internal Engagement & Communications

• Work withInnov8 investment leads in coordinating interactions between portfolio companies and the Singtel Group OpCos.
• Manage internal communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives, including the Innov8’s monthly newsletter and technology deep-dive reports.
• Enhance visibility of emerging technologies and Innov8’s portfolio companies by designing and managing internal touchpoints.

Event Planning & Coordination

• Lead planning and execution of Innov8’s key events, such as Board Workshops, Board Trips, partner engagements, and ecosystem-focused events like the Innov8Sparks Workshop.
• Shape event programs, narratives, and experiences that create meaningful engagement for participants.

Management Reporting & Operations

• Prepare and consolidate quarterly management and engagement reports for senior leadership, incorporating inputs from Innov8’s global offices.
• Support operational processes across the venture portfolio to enhance coordination, clarity, and efficiency.

Skills for Success

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, venture operations, or ecosystem development, ideally within a corporate or innovation-driven environment.
• Strong track record in managing cross-functional projects and producing clear, executive-ready reporting.
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and cultures; strong EQ and cultural awareness.
• Solid understanding of corporate innovation, venture ecosystems, and technology trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports and compelling presentations.
• Experience organizing executive-level events and workshops.
• Professional presence with the ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders.
