Make an Impact by: Track and manage service orders under the Operations Support Team. Assist the Manager in generating and analyzing operational reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support customers and the Customer Fronting Unit (CFU) on provisioning matters. Collaborate with the business to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. Take on the role of Local Access Project Coordinator for high-profile national and international events (e.g. NDP, F1, General Elections, overseas VVIP visits). Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Customer Experience (CE) survey scores. Provide regular provisioning updates and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Conduct site visits to clarify service requirements and issues when necessary. Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations. Conduct site surveys and brief customers on service delivery requirements. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage fibre-based product orders and ensure timely commissioning in accordance with Customer Request Dates (CRD). Coordinate with multiple government agencies (e.g. MHA, SPF, MINDEF, IMDA) and internal departments (e.g. Account Managers, Solution Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, GSP, TAC, PCM) to support national-level projects.
