Summary

The SAP SuccessFactor is responsible for design and implementation of SuccessFactor [Performance Management/Succession Planning] project for our clients in Singapore. Candidate need to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation, design and deploy the SuccessFactor solution to meet client’s requirements.

What will you do?

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors Performance Management/ Succession Planning modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve module-specific issues post-implementation.
• Prepare documentation and deliver user training sessions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 3-5 years SAP Implementation and/or application support experience.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Succession Planning.
• At least 3 end to end implementation project experience
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Understanding of process harmonization concepts
• The ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
• Ability to lead the team and functional and technical consultants
