Make an Impact by: 

• Oversee all copper and fibre cable diversion works, including those related to road diversions and projects involving government agencies. Ensure timely completion and handover of cable projects.
• Design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions to team members as per required
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to automate routine reporting, monitor cable diversion project progress, and streamline approval processes. Implement digital dashboards for real-time tracking, enabling faster decision-making and reducing manual paperwork.
• Enforce adherence to WSH safety standards and ensure proper use of safety equipment by contractors and staff.
• Apply for manhole access, issue material vouchers, compile progress reports, verify contractor claims, and liaise with internal teams and building management.
• Supervise copper and fibre jointing, termination, wiring, and testing. Attend to cable faults and troubleshoot using appropriate equipment.

Skills for Success:  

• Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of copper and fibre cable operations and diversion processes.
• Familiarity with WSH safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in team leadership and contractor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform for workflow automation and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accept ad hoc assignments and leverage Microsoft Power Platform and AI to develop solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
