We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in the Data and AI domain to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This role requires a blend of project management discipline, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable business outcomes through the use of data, analytics, and AI technologies.

What will you do?

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management for Data & AI initiatives, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams (data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts).
• Monitor progress and manage dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications and updates.
• Facilitate alignment between business sponsors, technical teams, and external partners.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and foster strong client and team relationships.

Delivery Quality & Risk Management

• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Support technical teams in resolving blockers and prioritizing work.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in data, analytics, or AI projects.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/ML concepts.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• Passionate about using data and AI to create real business impact.
