Are you passionate about data and creative to drive campaign performance for SMB?

Are you passionate about lead generation for SMB to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects for SMB products and services?
At Singtel, we’re transforming we connect with SMB customers. We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager for SMB lead generation and/or campaign.
 

Make an Impact by

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive acquisition for SMB products and services.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Keep abreast of new media, digital marketing tracking trends and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights.
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with media agency to deliver against the sales goals.
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives and lead generation.
• Manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities.

Skills For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years experience in performance marketing, preferably within the SMB sector or within a media agency.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
