• Responsible in creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding.
• Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, Re-employment, Assignment Letters etc.
• Support in work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and replacement.
• Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience.
• Involve in automation and improving existing processes in the department.
• Prepare HR Operations reports and dashboards.
• Handle queries from People Partners and other departments.
• Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operation

Skills for Success:

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management / Administration
• Able to start from Jan 2026 to Jun 2026
