Make an Impact by

• Supporting the delivery and operations of enterprise network infrastructures, with hands-on involvement in Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) and Passive Optical LAN (POL) technologies.
• Assisting in activities such as Wi-Fi design, AP provisioning, RF analysis, POL configuration (OLT/ONT), fibre patching, and monitoring overall network performance.
• Working closely with senior network engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimise network performance, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Gaining practical experience using industry platforms such as Aruba Central On-Prem, NetGain NMS, and vendor-specific tools for Wi-Fi and POL operations.
• Learning ITIL-based processes in incident, change, and problem management.

Skills for Success

• A degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational networking knowledge; CCNA or vendor certifications (e.g., Aruba ACSP/ACSA, Huawei HCIA) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi and fibre technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise networking and ICT operations.
