Responsibilities

• To lead & review in the network design and onsite deployment for physical network equipment
• To lead onsite and stagging environment hardware configuration
• To design, implement, manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure
• Able to troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, service packs, and security configurations
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams
• Implement and enforce network security measures to protect data, software hardware
• Continuously looking to improve processes as well as introduce new technologies for better security and greater customer satisfaction
• Works independently without supervision and communicates well with team members, partners, and clients
• Assists maintenance team to ensure System Availability & Reliability meets customers’ requirement and rectify technical issues as well as support preventive and corrective maintenance

The ideal profile should have

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Hirschmann, Cisco, Aruba or similar network hardware
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (Hikvision, SolarWinds, etc )
• Proficiency in configuration of servers such as VMs, SAN, etc
• Hands-on experience with VMS such as milestone platform, etc
