Your role as a marketing intern with the Singtel International Digital Services (IDS) marketing team will open you to the world of consumer marketing You will be involved in Marketing communications and campaigns management  while leading discussions with various stakeholders to contribute positively to business growth.

Make an Impact by

Marketing Communication

• Plan and execute end-to-to marketing communication campaigns and initiatives to increase the awareness and conversion; covering both online and offline deployments of Telco Cloud & Travel Alliance services.
• Work closely with and manage various stakeholders/ external vendors by developing holistic 360 marketing programs to support business KPIs,
• Monitor progress of monthly marketing activities and prepare performance reports
• Partner closely with Singtel CLM, Analytics and Brand team to increase conversions and take ups.
• Engage new and current customers through digital, social and database marketing

• Closely partner and develop initiatives with MSTA team to strengthen brand presence, awareness, consideration and engagement within the app
• Manage key marketing agencies and create a solid network of strategic Marketing partnerships, that value-adds to the proposition of our products.

Marketing Communication Operations

• Monitor progress and prepare Marketing reports and analysis
• Prepare Briefs for Media agencies and Marketing agencies to ensure successful roll outs and implementations of all marketing works for Insurance business.
• Work closely with Marketing admin on budget tracking, PO raising etc.

Events and Roadshows

• Plan, execute diverse events, and manage logistics, fostering memorable brand experiences.
• Requires strong project management, communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Skills for Success: 

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment involving multiple stakeholders.
