We are looing for a market research intern who will assist and support the team to run the day-to-day tasks of the research studies. The intern will be involved in designing research programs that address business concerns, and delivering fully through to insights and reporting, with guidance from the MI market researchers. The Intern will also be involved in engaging with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver the research objectives, as well as managing the timelines and deliverables.

The role also calls for involvement in end-to-end execution of in-house research to evaluate Singtel product churn and sign-ups across different stakeholders. This includes understanding the BU’s key issues, designing research pieces that address these issues, programming questionnaires, executing data collection, and writing insightful reports. 

Make an Impact by

1.    Assist in designing questionnaires for market research studies that go through the survey platform 
2.    Assist in finalizing questionnaires and reports for all market research studies in-house or through market research agencies
3.    Program and deploy questionnaires on survey platform 
4.    Perform data checks and processing of data and ensure high quality of data for studies conducted
5.    Conduct calls to the customer to gather feedback on product and brand experience
6.    Engage with the different team members to help identify business issues, align on survey methodology and approach, and report on findings

Skills for Success

• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Basic knowledge on visualization
• Basic knowledge of quantitative market research
• Good communication ad interpersonal skills
• Good timeline management
