At Financial & Lifestyle Services (FLS), a division of Customer Journeys Pte Ltd (CJPL), we're dedicated to revolutionizing the insurance landscape. We manage the product roadmap and delivery for two flagship services: Singtel Protect - General Insurance and Singtel Protect – Life Insurance. These services cater to Singtel Mobile and Broadband customers, offering a comprehensive range of insurance products to meet their diverse needs.

We are looking for Product Owner who will be responsible to co-lead the team that curates requirement, tasks prioritization, and project management alongside the Agile development team.   Ensuring that the development of features and enhancements are optimal (considering all aspects of time, cost, and quality).  And collaborating with cross-functional teams in the implementation of the end-to-end workflow to bring the service to launch.  

Make an Impact by

1. Delivering end-to-end project plan that includes project scope, milestones, timeline, stakeholders’ management based on inputs and requirements from the Commercial, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams.
2. Secure internal and external resources required for project delivery, and if necessary, work with the Commercial team to recommend re-prioritisation of key feature delivery.
3. Engage project stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure timelines are met and milestones achieved.
4. Identify and manage key risks preemptively, analyse their potential impacts and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Manage relationship with the senior executives of both internal and external stakeholders, and to escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner.
6. Ensure timely project status update to management.
7. Responsible for the smooth handover of projects upon successful completion of BRT/User Trial to the operations team.

Skills for Success

• Engineering or Computer Science degree from reputable university
• More than 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experienced in delivering at least one complex cross-organisational technical systems integration project.
• Experienced in project management and mobile payment system
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Stakeholder management.
