Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain key quality objectives and quality plan.
- Ensure that the project meets the quality objectives.
- Establish and implement robust governance quality methods, practices, processes, tools, technology, audits, measures, and metrics throughout project delivery life cycle and minimize potential losses caused by defects and issues.
- Design, establish and report on quality metrics throughout project delivery life cycle to ensure shift-left approach in quality assurance.
- Conduct Quality Assurance toll gate checks to verify adherence of practices against defined processes and surface out key quality issues to major stakeholders and work with stakeholders on remediation actions for early and timely intervention.
- Work closely with other stakeholders as necessary to meet the project quality objectives.
- Review and endorse that project deliverables meet the quality metrics.
- Conduct IT audits against defined processes or best practices.
- Create quality awareness.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree holder
- Prior 3-5 years’ experience working in IT Project Delivery Life Cycles (e.g., in Project Management, Designing, Building, Implementing or Operating IT Infrastructure services (e.g., Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Network or Security. Does not have to be in every area but at least a couple.)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in implementing Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management (QM) Systems for Infrastructure services
- Experience in developing and executing QM plan, and in designing and establishing checks for shift left approach in Quality Assurance
- Experience in designing and establishing quality metrics for shift-left approach in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of test automation
- Preferably have relevant certifications in testing and QM
- Able to deliver quality and thorough work, with eye for details
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
