As a Data & AI Advisory Consultant , you will drive advisory activities across data strategy, AI adoption, governance, and analytics transformation. You will interact directly with clients, conduct analysis, and deliver advisory outputs that shape Data & AI transformation programs.The role requires strong analytical thinking, ability to translate data concepts into business recommendations, and confidence engaging stakeholders.

What you will do:

1. Advisory & Analysis

• Conduct data and AI maturity assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements.
• Identify and document Data & AI use cases, value opportunities, and impact areas.
• Develop recommendations and actionable advisory insights for clients.

2. Research & Thought Inputs

• Perform research on modern data platforms, AI trends, and industry best practices.
• Analyse client environments and synthesize findings into advisory deliverables.
• Prepare benchmarking and comparison insights where required.

3. Governance & Operating Models

• Define elements of data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Develop process and role definitions for data operating models.
• Assess governance gaps and propose improvement recommendations.

4. Deliverable Creation

• Produce client deliverables including presentations, advisory reports, and playbooks.
• Prepare proposal inputs, workshop materials, and advisory documentation.
• Develop clear and structured executive summaries and insights for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bsuiness Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data strategy consulting, analytics, AI, or related areas.
• More experience will be considered for senior roles.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and/or AI concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Consulting or advisory background is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with data and AI governance concepts and frameworks.
• Exposure to analytics, dashboards, BI, or visualization platforms.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into logical analysis.
