We are looking for an associate engineer to work in iLab to manage GPON broadband access projects, works closely with Engineering to implement, maintain and services supports in our growing network infrastructure. Review & certify user acceptance test (UAT) outcome for broadband CPEs to ensure product hardware & firmware quality meets test criteria before production implementation. 

Make an Impact by:

• Executing project & work closely with engineering on new RG and GPON project implementation to realise and ensure fault-free service roll-out to customers & network infrastructure.
• Executing, managing UAT for new broadband devices firmware to meet test criteria thru using various test system via Security test tools, WiFi test tools, Network test tools & RPA automation system.
• Manainge and lead GPON project as assigned by engineering, POC test activities and any new task as assigned by CPE engineering. 
• Executing, manage and liaise with vendors, engineering and operation teams on fault simulation investigation test requirement and problem analysis.
• Developing new test cases to meet new growth requirement and enhance existing test plan.
• Managing, maintaining, and enhancing lab servers including but not limited to security patches, OS update and renewal of SSL.
• Managing lab GPON end-to-end system and RG automation project for new firmware UAT and monitor soak test progress throughout the product life cycle.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager

Skills for Success:

• Good Diploma in Engineering / Computer Science or its equivalent from recognized institution.
• Good understanding of the network OSI or TCP/IP model
• Good to have experience in python, SQL and Tableau
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
