Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain document procedures to ensure proper validation, accurate record-keeping, and organized filing of freight invoices and shipping documents

• Maintain the accuracy and compliance of freight invoices in accordance with supporting shipping documents and contractual rates

• Support daily freight operations by handling freight related queries from stakeholders and providing necessary assistance to ensure smooth shipping process

• Monitor and evaluate shipment performance and logistics service provider KPI

• Assist in preparing monthly freight accrual reports

• Monitor and track freight costs to support cost control initiatives and conduct freight cost analysis for reporting

• Handle freight invoice discrepancies and disputes with freight forwarders

• Liaise with Finance for invoice validation and timely payment processing

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Minimum Diploma Holder, preferably in Supply Chain, Shipping, Logistics Management or Business Administration

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in freight logistics, invoice processing and payment processing

• Exposure to logistics coordination or supply chain support is an advantage

• Basic concept and understanding of shipping such as Incoterm

• Willingness to learn ERP systems such as SAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and good organizational skills

• Fluent in English
