Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the tracking and expediting of aircraft component returns from local and overseas airline customers to ensure timely recovery of assets Manage the end-to-end component return process, including loan and exchange order closures, and ensure timely return of parts to vendors to prevent late return penalties
  • Optimise asset utilisation by evaluating component vintage, applicability, and commercial value when determining return strategies to vendors
  • Provide operational oversight and guidance to CRU teams in Singapore, APACS (KL), and India (Delhi), ensuring alignment in processes, priorities, and service standards
  • Act as the regional escalation point for core return issues, driving cross location coordination to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely component recovery
  • Monitor, analyse, and report core return KPIs across internal user departments and customers
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to provide visibility on core return status and trends
  • Identify, plan, and implement process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and turnaround time
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure smooth operational workflow and timely resolution of issues; &
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in aviation, MRO operations, logistics, or supply chain environment will be an advantage
  • Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other relevant disciplines
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
