Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives, events, and platforms that foster collaboration across the deep tech ecosystem
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technology trends and ecosystem opportunities
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including outreach, communications, and relationship management with industry leaders, innovators, investors, and researchers
• Support programmes and initiatives by assisting with onboarding companies into the ecosystem.
• Coordinate logistics and operations for curated events and platforms, ensuring seamless execution and strong participant engagement
• Track project progress, gather feedback, and help prepare reports and presentations on initiative outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of strategic projects

Requirements:

• Strong interest in innovation, technology, and ecosystem building
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Prior experience in event management, research, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
