Overview of Internship Scope:

• Support portfolio reporting, fund operations, and adhoc requests with SGInnovate's investments stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities in emerging sectors
• Opportunity to gain a holistic experiene in direct venture capital investments in global companies (including but not limited to due diligence, deal execution, and value creation).

Requirement:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (Sophomore or Penultimate) or Master's Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a closely related field
• Experience: Prior internship or professional experience in private equity, asset management, big four accounting, investment/ corporate banking, or management consulting is a plus.
• Skills: Comprehensive understanding of accounting fundamentals and valuation modelling is required. Ability to multi-task, remain highly organised and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in a Asian language is a plus
• Strong MS office, particularly Microsoft Excel skills required.
