š¼ Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Sales and Marketing, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
šÆ What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
⢠Provide sales support for Off-Highway & Large Engine Aftermarket Parts Business by supporting customer enquiries, follow-up, and meeting preparations.
⢠Support pricing analyses and product portfolio identification to enhance sales strategies.
⢠Organize and participate in trade shows to promote Bosch products and services.
⢠Manage regular commercial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including Daily Sales Reports and Monthly Business Reviews.
⢠Contribute to customer acquisition projects through data analysis and reporting.
⢠Generate sales leads and perform profiling of competitors and key customers to identify market opportunities.
⢠Build up market data to assess market volume potential.
⢠Undertake a mid-term project (lasting at least 3 months) as part of Bosch's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to improve sales, customer service, and/or internal business processes.

š¤ What Weāre Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
⢠Undergraduate student studying Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
⢠High interest and passion to work in a dynamic, people-focused Sales environment (Sales / Account Management / Customer Service experience is a plus).
⢠Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and interest to work with numbers.
⢠Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
⢠Positive & pro-active work ethic; must be a self-starter.
⢠Ability to work independently and function well as a team player.
⢠Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and report writing; knowledge of other languages (German or Asian languages) is a plus for engaging with international teams and customers.
⢠Practical experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
