The Business Development Manager, APAC reports to the Sales Director in Singapore and is responsible for driving growth across assigned customers and distribution partners in Asia. This includes managing the full ELPRO solutions portfolio, expanding revenue from existing accounts, and acquiring new customers. The role contributes to strategic sales planning in collaboration with the Managing Director and ensures alignment with global key account teams. Given the complexity of projects, accurate documentation of all sales and project activities in ELPROās ERP system is essential to support operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
