Job Responsibilities :
The Technical Lead and Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
- Architecture Design:
- Design and implement robust cloud architectures that meet business requirements and performance SLAs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and services.
- Create detailed design documents and technical specifications.
- Cloud Infrastructure:
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networks).
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline infrastructure management.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to minimize costs.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and industry standards.
- Implement security controls to protect sensitive data and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application response times.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
Pre-Requisites :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in cloud technologies.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
