Job Responsibilities :

As the (Senior) People Technology Analyst at Razer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding the use of Workday, our global HRIS platform. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and ensure Workday is leveraged to its fullest potential. This role requires a unique blend of HR functional understanding, systems thinking, and a proactive, self‑starting mindset.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand operational needs, user pain points, and Workday-related requirements. Assess feasibility and propose system-led solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Solution Design:
    Translate requirements into Workday configurations, enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Enhanced Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders to drive data‑driven decisions.

  • Headcount and Personnel Costs Management:
    Support workforce planning, headcount reporting, and personnel cost analytics through Workday. Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data availability for key stakeholders.

  • User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to Workday, providing timely resolution to issues and inquiries.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop user guides, training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and employees.
    Conduct training sessions to build Workday capability across the organization.

  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within Workday through regular audits and adherence to data governance policies.

  • Project Management:
    Lead or support HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Workday proficiency preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and passionate about continuous improvement.

  • Project management experience is a plus
